Current pricing.  $8.50 LB  WHOLE  AND $9.50 LB HALF (hanging weight)  The price includes EVERYTHNING. Harvest fee, USDA Brand Inspection, USDA cut & double paper wrapped by the butcher, and Offal. Vacuumed seal is an extra charge and the customer will pay the difference directly to the butcher.

How is our beef priced?
Our beef is priced by its hanging weight. For example, a 1200 lb. live weight steer will have a hanging weight of approximately 780 lbs.  Of that hanging weight, the customer will get approximately 507 lbs. of meat, cut and wrapped. 
 
We have a limited number of beef to sell annually. Deposits of $500.00/whole beef are recommended to avoid disappointment.*osits of $500.00 are requested.*

* Customers will be fully refunded their deposits if conditions during the season make it impossible to meet our high standards (for instance, water availability is insufficient to provide natural pasture).

 

After you make a deposit or place your order: 
We will contact you to set up an appointment to meet, pay and pick up your beef at our cold storage facility. Local delivery is available. 
We accept CASH, Most Credit Cards, Venmo, and Checks with returning Customers.
